- In order to obtain tax exempt status with the IRS you must submit a 501C3 Form 1023 Application Package.
- Legal Documents required with this package are: Articles of Incorporation, along with any amendments to this document, organization Bylaws, along with any amendments.
- This Package also requires three (3) years of Budget either actual or estimated depending on how long the organization has been in existence.
- The BNP Group with collect and assist in the development of the documents necessary to complete your Form1023 application package.
Cost Includes: Completion of Application Package along with assistance with other document development (if necessary). (Cost does not include additional filing fees required by the state and/or IRS, as applicable)
